Appointed, Head of Brand and Creative, Red Cross Australia.

I’m excited to join the hardworking volunteers, members and staff who are committed to the fundamental principles of humanity, impartiality, voluntary service, unity, neutrality and universality as Head of Brand and Creativity.

Red Cross prevents human suffering wherever it may be found, but unfortunately humanitarian needs are rising faster than the funding and resources available. To be effective, Red Cross needs to create more effective support and advocacy for those in need, and more value for the people and organisations that support them.

As the worlds largest humanitarian movement Red Cross and Red Crescent brand is universally trusted and instantly recognised in disaster and crisis situations all over the world. Supporting communities facing conflict, displacement, and complex social problems have made Red Cross one of the oldest and most respected and trusted voluntary organisations globally.

My role will include managing the Australian Red Cross communications across key portfolios and partners including, marketing, brand, fund-raising, sponsorships, government and engagement. Developing and deliver world-class strategy, branding, multimedia content, storytelling and creative assets supporting integrated marketing campaigns. To elevate Australian Red Cross’ social and digital content in line with the objective to become the most trusted, recognisable brand in the world.

By developing a clearer purpose, vision, values and behaviours, Red Cross is uniquely positioned to take action on the big issues facing the world.
