    Anna's 100 Day Diary

Every day, for a 100 days, Anna created a video diary tracking her thoughts and feelings about her gambling addiction, from isolation and disillusion, to feelings of joy and pride.

Access to gambling has never been easier. Huge growth in online gambling has been driven by evolving mobile technology, making it possible to gamble anywhere, anytime, on anything.

Working with the Foundation and psychologists, we created an online treatment program – The 100 Day Challenge.

More than an ordinary awareness campaign, the 100 Day Challenge is an online support service found at www.fightforyou.com.au, designed to help people with gambling problems take control of their gambling and get their lives back on track with the help of support and counselling.

The online platform allowed gamblers to register and complete a program of gambling abstinence or reduction while they were provided with online assistance, support, advice, encouragement and access to counseling.

The program allowed participants to set personal goals, check in, recruit supporters, and record their experiences through a private online video diary.

To promote the campaign, we put real problem gamblers through the 100 Day Challenge, but in the public eye.

Everyday they created a video diary tracking their thoughts and feelings and this became content for television, radio and online. The footage captured everything from feelings of isolation and disillusion, to feelings of joy and pride in participating in this challenge
